David Payton
Executive Director
David Payton received a BS in Engineering in 1971 from the University of Rhode Island, followed by a BA in Theatre Education in 1977 from Rhode Island College. He is certified to teach grades 5- 12 in English, Communications and Theatre. David worked as a College Admissions Officer at Rhode Island College and the Community College of Rhode Island from 1977 to 1980 and he taught in the Seekonk, MA school system at all elementary schools and middle schools from 1980 –81.
David has been the Director of Kaleidoscope Theatre since its inception in 1977.

Robert Zannini
Managing Director
Robert Zannini attended the Rhode Island School of Design and was a Buyer for the Apex Department Store in Providence, RI from 1966 – 1977.
He then owned and operated Antika, an antique shop in Pawtuxet, RI (1977 – 1981) until he became the full time Managing Director of Kaleidoscope Theatre.

Marianne Douglas
Adminstrative Director
Marianne Douglas is the web designer for Kaleidoscope as well as a consultant. She has been with the company for close to 30 years and was the first Administrative Director.
She helped write the Kaleidoscope Theatre play "High School BULLY" using lessons from her multiple award-winning anti-bullying leadership/success program Strategies for Success which won the Justice Award from the Attorney General's office and appears in the play portraying the teacher.
Marianne, a former high school teacher, offers a variety of motivational/inspirational seminars on a variety of topics for small businesses, schools, organizations and for fund raising groups. Her Strategies for Success program is now available online at SuccessforLife101.com

Ariana Pacheco
Consultant
Ariana has been performing her whole life. Her parents met through Kaleidoscope Theatre and so the theatre has been part of her entire life. Her first role was playing the baby in Sleeping Beauty at the age of 3 months.
Through the years she played Goldilocks, Little Red Riding Hood, Alice, Heidi, and a mouse in Cinderella. Her most recent roles are Disgustia, the ugly step sister in Cinderella and all of the female roles in BULLY (Winnie, Lori and Jen).
Outside of Kaleidoscope Theatre, Ariana does numerous community theatre productions and also performs in a Shakespearean Summer-stock.
